  • Four Egg
  • One cup Sugar, powder it
  • One teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
  • Half cup Oil
  • Half cup Milk
  • Half cup Flour
  • Two tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
  • Half teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • One fourth Baking Soda
  • Half cup Flour
  • Half teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • Hundred grams of Fresh Cream
  • One cup of Whipping Cream
  • Three hundred grams of White Chocolate
  • Two cups of Sugar Syrup
  • Hundred grams of Dark Chocolate Compound

Preparation Procedure of Vancho Cake Recipe.

Step No:  – 01

Filter together dry ingredients for chocolate cake (flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa powder) and keep it aside.

Step No:  – 02

Take another bowl and Filter together the dry ingredients of vanilla cake, (flour, and baking powder), and keep it aside.

Step No:  – 03

Take a dehydrated bowl and add the eggs, beat it for a few minutes. Add vanilla essence and sugar and beat till it turns creamy and fluffy. Now shattered in milk and Oil.

Step No:  – 04

Transfer half the mix into another bowl. Into one half add the dehydrated ingredients of vanilla cake and fold softly. Into the other half add the dehydrated ingredients of chocolate cake and fold in softly.

Step No:  – 05

Make two, 7-inch cake pans and line them with butter/oil, and line them a butter paper. Pre-heat the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Step No:  – 06

Pour the batter in the prepared tins and tap the baking containers to release air bubbles if any, and bake in a pre-heated oven for 30-44 minutes or until a toothpick injected comes out clean. Allow it to cool for 5-6 minutes before de-molding it. Cool the cake totally before frosting.

Step No:  – 07

In a pan add one cup water and one cup sugar and boil it. The steadiness of the sugar syrup need not be thick. Turn off the flame when the sugar entirely dissolves in the water. Let it to cool.

Step No:  – 08

Whip one cup of whipping cream until you get stiff peaks. Take a little of the beat cream into another bowl and add-in melted dark chocolate into it and beat.

Step No:  – 09

Take fresh cream in a pan and heat it. You could see bubbles shaped on the sides of the pan. Turn off the flame and add the cut compound chocolate in it. Now mix the white chocolate composite into it and mix till well combined and becomes smooth. Let it cool and thicken.

Step No:  – 10

For assembling the cake Cut each cake into 2 layers.  You can cut with a notched knife.

Step No:  – 11

Keep one layer of vanilla sponge on top of the cake board and soak it in sugar syrup using a silicon brush. Add beaten cream and spread evenly. Keep the chocolate layer as the next layer and soak in sugar syrup. Add Chocolate decoration and level it.

Step No:  – 12

Keep the vanilla sponge as the next layer and soak it in sugar syrup, spread lashed cream evenly on it. Place a chocolate sponge and put on the chocolate frosting. Do a bit coat on the cake. Remove the crumbs on the cake board and keep the cake in the refrigerator for half-hour to set. After the half, an hour pours the white chocolate ganache all over the cake, pour dark ganache lines on top of it, and style any pattern you wish.
